[Aquamacs-devel] Code merge

Over the weekend I have upgraded our code base to the GNU Emacs 23  
master branch, from the 23.1 branch used previously.

This should import into the Aquamacs 2.0 code base a good number of  
bug fixes and other improvements that will eventually form Emacs 23.2.

I'm aware of two menu-related problems:

- When run on 10.5.8, menus are missing (titles, but no menus).  [was  
present before today's merge as well.]
   This may be a 10.5.8 incompatibility.
- When building on 10.6: File menu is application menu, application  
menu is missing.
    The nightly builds should work OK, since they are made on 10.5.

Constructive suggestions regarding these issues would be appreciated.
