[Aquamacs-devel] full screen mode 2.0 preview

OK, this has been addressed and should work fine now.
Other frames can be moved on top and the Dock and menu can be shown  
(but they hide automatically).

Snow Leopard only.

The Esc key still doesn't work after returning from full screen mode.
