Cocoa (the NSView class that is) doesn't allow you to do this stuff  
yet.  This makes things more complicated.  Vebjorn might be willing to  
work on a better fullscreen mode.

Casual users probably wouldn't use fullscreen mode.

Yes, that's a problem.  Standard on the Mac is Esc.  That's taken.   
Maybe we need a permanent hint on the screen.
