[Aquamacs-devel] full screen mode 2.0 preview

The new "absolute" full screen mode is not convenient.

There should be at least the top menu displayed when the mouse hits  
the upper side of the frame.

Otherwise, casual users will never be able to get use to Aquamacs'  
functions. Plus, if they forget the command to exit the full screen  
mode, the only solution is to quit Aquamacs. Not practical at all...
