[Aquamacs-devel] More icons

I've cobbled together two different icon designs.  In particular, I designed
the brown one to look like a research notebook, after someone commented in
the icon survey that Emacs is more like their research notebook than just an
editor.

I have to get back to the spelling improvements, but I thought I'd try my
hand at this just once.
